  Hi, i have followed your advice to take Facebook ID. I have taken it, use it in social stream and I have received this message:

  Facebook Syndication Error
  This feed URL is no longer valid. Visit this page to find the new URL, if you have access: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002296235808

  I have already tried with the facebook user name (string after /). But it doesn’t work

    Hi,

    That error would occur if either your ID is incorrect or you have age/profanity filters set on your facebook page

  Thanks – works like a charm, simply replaced username in https://graph.facebook.com/username with my FB page name and got the FB id

  I just installed your plugin on my demo site and i got the tabs to work but the formatting is different. Please take a look at the facebook/youtube tabs to see that there is a lot of white space… How can I make it looks like your demo??

  Jquery Social. I used your command “https://graph.facebook.com/username” — it returns the profile ID, however when I place that ID into the plugin — it returns this:

  That’s my fb profile? I tried several friends profiles and the same error came up.

  Thanks, I did’nt know how to get the id of the page after having set the username. But unfortunately I’ve the same result than Stephen Kane : blank for Facebook. And there is no error in the id. It is a page, not a profile..

    ok, I reply myself ;o) I’ve had the idea to use Facebook with my own profile (not the one of my facebook page) and that works now! I see the facebook page into the plugin (Even if I don’t understand why ;oD )

  I had the same issue: Used FB id (personal id not a page) in the widget set up but getting the error — Could not retrieve id for the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in. –

  I did this (and the ID is the same as I had expected) … but when I enter into the widget – the display says “Could not retrieve id for the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in.”
